Section IV, Paragraph B.2. of the SWMP does not constitute an Operations and Maintenance Manual for an Extended Detention Basin. Go to the City of Colorado Springs website or SEMSWA for example templates that you can use. If you use one of these templates then modify accordingly based on your specific pond design. http://semswa.org/operations-and-maintenance-manual-templates.aspx https://coloradosprings.gov/public-works/page/operations-and-maintenance-permanent-bmps The template in the SEMSWA website is a word document which would be easier to modify. The SEMSWA Appendix C EDB SOP appears to be sufficient but verify the contents with respect to ECM Appendix I Section I.7.7.B regarding the County's specific criteria for the O&M. Keep in mind that the example templates on the two websites include sections regarding annual reporting to SEMSWA or the City. The County does not have this as a requirement at this time and should not be included in the O&M. |

Submit the following documents: 1. Drainage Letter 2. SWMP 3. Pond Maintenance Agreement 4. Operations and Maintenance Manual for the permanent pond. 5. ESQCP (ECM Table I-2: ESQCP is required if a project disturb less than 1 acre but part of a larger project that disturbed 1 or more acres). 6. Financial Assurance Estimate Form. (Contact the review engineer (gilbertlaforce@elpasoco.com to request a copy of the excel worksheet) 7. Standalone Grading and Erosion Control Plan. Coordinate with the project manager to create these project document items. The archived project for the original site plan (PPR-10-21) or the approval location (U-08-006) does not have a copy of items 3 and 4; therefore, these items are required with this application. SDI Worksheet and EPC MS4 Post Construction Form may be required. Determination will be made with the review of the drainage report. |

U-08-006 allowed for the use onsite. PPR-10-021 allows for the existing improvements. This approval will amend the previous site development plan to allow for the construction of a phosphorus building. The address of 14695 Lower Fountain Heights was assigned for this building in February of 2017. This address should be used for any buiding plans submitted for review/permit.
