An ADA route must be shown on the site development plan.

The following note should be added to all site development plans or non-residential site plans, as applicable, prior to PCD approval:
The parties responsible for this plan have familiarized themselves with all current accessibility criteria and specifications and the proposed plan reflects all site elements required by the applicable ADA design standards and guidelines as published by the United States Department of Justice. Approval of this plan by El Paso County does not assure compliance with the ADA or any regulations or guidelines enacted or promulgated under or with respect to such laws.

Review 3:
Add the following as a 3rd paragraph on the El Paso County Signature Block on Sheet C1 Grading and Erosion Control Plans:
"In accordance with ECM Section 1.12, these construction documents will be valid for construction for a period of 2 years from the date signed by the El Paso County Engineer. If construction has not started within those 2 years, the plans will need to be resubmitted for approval, including payment of review fees at the Planning and Community Development Directors discretion."

Remove the as-built cost on the last page of the FAE. There isn't any ponds or public improvements listed in Section 2.

Any changes that are made to any of the other 2 applications should be duplicated to this application.

No sign is being requested at this time. A sign permit will be required with any future sign requests.

Should the administrative relief request be denied, the site development plan will need to be resubmitted showing you meet all requirements.

Should the request be approved, prior to our authorization of the CO, all improvements will need to be in place.

The properties have an 8 inch sewer main that rune down the center property line as well as there being 2 man holes on the front of the lot. Right to the east of the storm drain. We will need to verify easments and require that nothing be build over this sewer main. I have included a revised drawing with the approximate location of said sewer lines.
