School District 49 is in agreement that there will not be any school sites incorporated into the Waterbury Development and would like to continue with Fees-in-lieu of land. Due to the proximity of the development to the school, we would recommend the developer provide safe walk paths to the school, to include sidewalks, crosswalks and most importantly signage along Eastonville notifying drivers that students will be crossing that street and that there is a school in the near vicinity. We would like to see a reduced speed on Eastonville near Londonderry. |
