Regarding a request for approval of a lot line vacation for the Midway Solar project, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The lots involved in this proposal are bisected by El Hambra View. Is the intention to allow access through this property? If not, this will create two non-connected sections of this street. Nothing is currently addressed from El Hambra on the east side of this project, but the possibility is there that something could be in the future. Enumerations does not support have non-connected sections with the same street name. The eastern section of El Hambra may need a street name change.
2. If the main access is to be from La Questa View, then that is where the combined parcels will be addressed from. The applicant should submit a copy of the plat to Enumerations for addressing which clearly show where the main access will be.

Kari, this is Al I am having a hard time figuring out the location of the site however my onl;y concern is the utility easement and I am not to sure what type of utility's are within them. I bring this up because I have two concerns.
1.) If the solar panels are to be installed they can not be with in the utility easement.
2.) Does CSU have access to the easement if the solar panels are installed.
Anyway if I can maybe talk with you on the phone on the above name project that might work better to answer my questions.
