We will need a copy of the document/letter that what was sent to the abutting neighbors. On the Mineral rights form you have not circled that the mineral rights have been severed. The letter of intent needs to be more detailed so that we have more information on your business (number of dogs, hours of operation, so that we will know if the business is expanded in the future). |

The Board of Director's of the Upper Black Squirrel Creek GWMD only comment to the applicant is that it does not have a commercial well permit, it is just a domestic well. If the applicant is running a business they will need to get their well in compliance. It should not be an arduous process.
