The TriLakes Land Use Committee did review this several months ago. I thought I had commented then either by this web app or by email. Anyhow, we found the use consistent and appropriate and have no objections. 8/30/2017 7:01:41 PM

Regarding a request for approval of a rezone for parcel 71151-00-009 to allow for outdoor storage, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. This parcel currently does not have an assigned address. Since there are no new structures being proposed at this time, this does not present a problem. If any new structures are going to be constructed in the future to support the storage business, then a address would need to be assigned to the parcel. If the property owner wants an address assigned to this parcel, they can contact Enumerations at any time to have one assigned.
2. Enumerations has no objections to this rezone.

Floodplain has no comment or objection to this submittal.

No transportation comments.
If the rezone is approved, a drainage report and construction drawings for a permanent water quality/detention pond associated with the outside storage will be required with the site development plan application.
