Enumerations has the following comments: How tall is the trash enclosure? If 7ft or taller an address will be assigned and permit would need to be issued.
Is there to be an on site residential apartment for staff in building A? Is there to be a storage area inside the main office building? If not this building does not need to be labeled with letter A. The storage units are labeled, storage unit C is duplicated. Please adjust lettering. Lot 3 will retain the address of 4540 Bradley Road, unless the access changes.
The main office will receive an address from the approved street name. An e-mail from El Paso/Teller County E-911 to the Enumerations department is required for the approval of the road name.
Lot 3-will this be a single user or will there be a need for more then 1 address?

STANDARD FP COMMENTS:

ENUMERATIONS/FLOODPLAIN WILL REVIEW THE MYLAR PRIOR TO PLAT FOR ADDRESS PLACEMENT, ROAD NAMING, TITLE BLOCK, & FLOODPLAIN STATEMENT.

$10.00 PER LOT & TRACT FEE WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME OF THE REVIEW OF THE MYLAR. IF AN ADDRESS IN NOT NEEDED ON A TRACT THEN NO FEE APPLIES. CHECK SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO PIKES PEAK REGIONAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT. PAID DIRECTLY TO ENUMERATIONS DEPARTMENT.

A COPY OF THE FINAL RECORDED PLAT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO PLAN SUBMITTAL FOR RESIDENTAL.

Floodplain has no objection or comment for this submittal.
