I am an owner of property within Red Rock Ranch. I am concerned there is a planned driveway on a blind curve that becomes icy in the winters on a down slope road, significant enough to cause loss of control for vehicles. ( this happens yearly) The ice tends to be black ice in that area and does not melt until a few days later because of the position of the sun and trees.

I am surprised these are not factors considered on an intersection with a main road (which is also a main evacuation route) into 7 or more sub-divisions when considering approval.

This is short sighted and a situation that could cause accidents.
