Description
Public hearing before the Board of Adjustment will be required (not yet scheduled). This is a request to allow reduced setbacks along the rear and side yards for accessory residential structures. Identified as: 0' side and rear setback for a chicken coop, 2'4" side setback and 3' rear setback for shed 1, and 3' side setback for shed 2. Building permits may also need to be pulled (Pikes Peak Regional Building Department).
