Description
Dimensional Variance for a front setback of 0 feet to allow a 6-foot privacy fence where County regulations require a front setback of 25 feet in the RS-6000 (Residential Suburban) zoning district. Approval also requires the existing fence height to be 30 inches for a distance of 9 feet from the back of the sidewalk along the southern property line. Approved at 03/26/2025 BOA Hearing.
