(Overall Dimension is 54'X70') Livestock Barn: (caring for, training, and raising horses and possibly other farm animals) with covered shelter stalls on either side of breezeway. Breezeway: (Dimension is 30'x70") For airflow to the barn/stalls, storage for tools/lawnmower, tractor & implement storage (snow plow, spreader), tack/saddle prep, before taking horses to the on-site training arena and/or section 16/Open Space. Access is by (14'x14') Rollup door needed to access the livestock. Each enclosed covered easement (12'X70'): should allow for @ 5 - 8'x12' stalls, leaving a (4') wide access way in front of the stalls to move livestock. Access through a normal door or through the cutouts from the breezeway. The stall arrangement leaves a hefty (10' X 12') Feed storage area at both easement ends. 3 Large (11'X11') cutouts in both interior walls provide airflow to the livestock stalls. This also allows for easy access by tractor to the stalls and/or the Feed areas.
