Description of Agricultural Exemption:
Simple Post and beam steel storage building with a 30' x 40' footprint. Walls to be 14' high with a 4/1 pitched steel roof. 14' x14' slider doors on both ends and a single steel walk door on the SE side. Light to be provided by 2' evelight clear panels running down both long walls. Site to be graded with interior crown and floor material will be recycled asphalt. Project to be purchased from and erected by All Specialty Buildings of Calhan. Currently I do not plan on running power to the building.
Location of the building is to be in the North East corner of Lot 7 Block 2 Equestrian Country with 35 foot setback from existing fence line.
Building to be used for future livestock, storage of small animal feed, storage of fencing,posts and supplies (to fence in livestock), low gallonage irrigation materials, planting and maintenance supplies, as well as 2 small property tractors and their assorted implements. The tractors will be used for plowing and tilling the garden.
