Amrize West Central Inc. (“Amrize”) (f/k/a Holcim-WCR, Inc.) would like to coordinate a meeting with the El Paso County Planning Department to discuss Amrize’s interest and the county requirements to construct a Hot-Mix Asphalt Plant at our Daniels Sand Pit #2 Facility located at 3710 Bradley Rd in Colorado Springs. The prospective asphalt plant would be located on the west side of parcel number 6502000126 (west of Academy Blvd). The proposed area for the Asphalt plant is currently zoned I-3 Heavy Industrial. The rest of the property operates under El Paso County USR AL-93-021.
