Administrative determination and parcel legalization for 4040 Walker Rd ADM
Description
We purchased this property last summer. It consists of three parcels. We were just made aware that two of our three parcels are not legally recognized by the county.
We have a 25-parcel limit on our privately maintained, dirt, dead end road and in order to avoid any confusion or future subdivision attempts, we would need this handled as soon as possible, please.
I will attach:
1. El Paso County Assessor Map Sheet from 1972 (our parcels are labeled 183, 207, 208)
2. El Paso County Tax Assessor Sheet as of 4/23/2021 (our parcels are labeled under "A" as 9, 10, 11).
