Thank you for reviewing our agricultural exemption request. We are submitting to construct a 320 Sq. Ft., 10' x 32' Planta Sungrow 32 Greenhouse. Planta greenhouses are sturdy, polycarbonate and galvanized steel construction and one of the most professional and highest snow and wind load rated greenhouse structures available for purchase. The Planta Sungrow greenhouse features a breezeway, two-part dutch-door-style doorways, appropriate siding for weather exposure, and a shape very similar to a gambrel roof. The greenhouse will have an equivalent benefit to the community and environment compared to a traditional barn-style construction in the production of seedlings for ground cover and planting on the land, and use in growing local agricultural products.
