FIRST PHASE -Construction of a new 2 MG tank provide redundancy, equalization, fire flow, and emergency storage to the current and future population of the Town of Monument-; Development Agreement required before issuance of building permit; SECOND PHASE- Two 12-inch water transmission pipelines, totaling approximately 5.6 miles, will be constructed to and from the new tank to supply water to the Town distribution system .
