Upload a recorded copy of the ALQ affidavit into plan set and resubmit. 6/25/20 RESIDENCE - Disapproved new custom SFD with attached 3-car garage(1,169 SF), covered front porch (210 SF), covered rear patio (300 SF), uncovered rear patio (145 SF), casita with breezeway attachment (793 SF), uncovered side yard deck of casita area (96 SF). A copy of a self recorded Accessory Living Quarters Compliance Affidavit for temporary use, or a copy of a self recorded Attached Accessory Living Quarters For Permanent Occupancy Compliance Affidavit FOR (which requires a Special Use Permit; applicant would need to contact the Planner-of-the-Day on duty) for the casita area is required. Note: NOTE: No second stove connections, second stove, or second kitchen in wet bar area of SFD lower level floor without a copy of a Second Kitchen Compliance Affidavit on file with EPC PCD.
