A copy of a self recorded Accessory Living Quarters Compliance Affidavit for temporary use, or a copy of a self recorded Attached Accessory Living Quarters For Permanent Occupancy Compliance Affidavit FOR (which requires a Special Use Permit; applicant would need to contact the Planner-of-the-Day on duty) for the casita area is required. Note: NOTE: No second stove connections, second stove, or second kitchen in wet bar area of SFD lower level floor without a copy of a Second Kitchen Compliance Affidavit on file with EPC PCD.
