1. El Paso County requests the Town of Monument annex Beacon Lite Road from 1358' north of Highway 105 to Wakonda Way. See the attached exhibit.
2. Right-of-way dedication is required with future platting of the property if Beacon Lite Road remains within Unincorporated El Paso County ownership/maintenance at the time of application.
3. Future site development of the property will require a driveway permit from El Paso County if Beacon Lite Road remains within Unincorporated El Paso County ownership/maintenance at the time of application.
