Academy District 20 is in receipt of File# ID231 for approval of the Sterling Ranch Metro Districts 4 and 5. The District would request the following correction on page 6 of the Letter of Intent in Support of Formation of Proposed Sterling Ranch Metropolitan Districts Nos. 4 & 5, Section I Executive Summary, Page 6: "A ten acre school site is anticipated to be located within District No. 4's boundaries." THIS SHOULD READ AN "11.86 ACRE SCHOOL SITE." Please make the required change in the size of the site per the approved Sketch Plan for Sterling Ranch prior to approval of the districts.
