Note: There is no Driveway Access Waiver on file for existing driveway. A Driveway Access Waiver is required for all access points on a private road within unincorporated El Paso County. Please apply for a driveway access waiver through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. A verification code will be sent to the email provided. The verification code will be needed to access the application online. - An access permit from El Paso County is required to receive a building permit from Pikes Peak Regional Building Department.
