Review comments on the following documents: -Letter of Intent -Site Plan There is no Driveway Access Waiver on file for the tower's driveway. A Driveway Access Waiver is required for access points onto a private road within unincorporated El Paso County. Please apply for a driveway access waiver through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. A verification code will be sent to the email provided. 1. The existing tower address is not 2945 Little Turkey Creek Road. This is the address to the property, a Cell Tower always receives a separate address from the property prior to permit with Regional Building. Permit history shows the tower at 2424 Little Turkey Creek Road. 2424 is also the address for Verizon carrier. Each carrier is required to have a separate address with the new tower going up. 2. It will be required to pull a wrecking permit to remove the old tower at 2424 Little Turkey Creek Road, per RBD. There will be a new address assigned when the location of the new tower is determined. The same address will not be used to keep the old structure permit history separate from the new tower structure.
