10/20/2022 11:28:46 AM 		I do not find that there is an existing Tower Removal Agreement on file for this tower. Please provide a new agreement for review, as well as either the portion of the lease that allows the lessee to grant to the County permission to go onto the property in the event the tower is not removed after use has ceased or a new grant of easement or other authority from the property owner to the County for this purpose. 10/20/2022 11:28:46 AM
