Academy District 20 is in receipt of File# U224 for approval of the CSU Approval of Location-Broadband.

It is noted that the installation of fiber will be in existing right-of ways and easements. The District requests that the District be notified in advance of any construction on or near District property so that the necessary precautions may be taken by District Security personnel to protect students, parents and staff.

The docs attached are not very definitive, but this project appears to be well to the west of the Meadow Lake AIA and all underground. It should therefore have no effect on Meadow Lake operations. If there are above ground level facilities within the 5-mile radius of the airport, we will need to see the FAA 7460-1 for review. 1/4/2023 3:16:11 PM
