Engineer Review Ver.1 No engineer concerns or issues on updated site plan. Site plan change removed bank drive through access lane on south and east side of building, change to pervious landscaped area and minor realignment of inlet drain to coincide with with updated curb/gutter line along parking area on west side of building. No negative impacts to site drainage, runoff or traffic. Updated landscape plan received. Reference original Site Dev Plan file# PPR2142. Thank you V/R Edward B.
