1. Update the deviation request as discussed with the Engineering Review Manager:
- Proposed full movement intersection 1/2 mile north of Curtis/Falcon intersection.
- Right-In/Right-Out between the full movement and Curtis/Falcon intersection. Approximately 1,295' north of Curtis/Falcon intersection
- Revise the Falcon Hwy proposed access to full movement intersection.

2. Attached are redline comments to the Traffic impact Study.

All three map amendment applications contain a list of uses that are proposed to be excluded because they are determined to be incompatible with the placetype in the Your El Paso Master Plan. However, the argument is being made that the proposed zoning districts are compatible with the placetype.
