There are no remaining comments. Admin notices are being sent out shortly. Once time frame for notices have passed than the applicant may schedule a recording meeting.

The recording meetings are scheduled for 2 pm on Wednesday. The applicant will need to bring the following hard-copy documents to the recording meeting:
The recording fee+ any applicable impact fees.
The recording fees: Mylars are $13.00 per page and $10.00 for each page after . Documents are $13 for the first page, and $5 for additional pages.
Tax valorem showing a zero balance.
Title commitment dated within 30 days of the recording meeting date
Any required agreements to be signed by all parties and the assigned planner will need to have coordinated the County Attorney signature in advance of the recording meeting (SIA, pond agreement, etc.).
The Mylar will need to be signed by all parties other than El Paso County and the applicant will need to have proof of the PPRBD Enumerations approval (typically email or stamp directly on Mylar).
If there is a lien (mortgage) owner on the property, then a Ratification statement is required at time of recording!

For future reference:
- Per ECM Chapter 5.4.1 a Driveway Access Permit is required for the following but not limited to the construction of a driveway, alteration of a driveway, or issuance of a building permit. It is recommended parcels apply for a driveway access permit through EDARP prior to development or issuance of a building permit.
