1. 7445 Templeton Gap Road is an address for a structure on the lot. New address for Dish Wireless is 7417 Templeton Gap Road. Use this address when submitting plans to BRD. 2. Site plan was not included/uploaded to EDARP site. When submitting plans to RBD show the entire lot, access into the lot and location of cell site. 3. For informational purposes, this section of Templeton Gap Road is proposed to be renamed for a project to the north. An address change to this cell site maybe conducted in the future. Engineer Review Ver.1 Please correct the following documents Letter of Intent Please resubmit LOI with proper format and information to include a brief discussion regarding anticipated traffic generation to the tower site on a weekly and or monthly basis. Detail in LOI if any new power utilities are being run into existing tower site area. Recommend use of LOI submission checklist to ensure required information is included on the LOI. Site Plan Site Improvement plan drawing should include and show the project area with complete detail of existing equipment areas, tower and fence boundaries or expansions to the site if any. The attached site plan from file VA08006 shows tower site boundaries from 2008 which has been expanded over time. The current site plan submitted did not show complete project area. Ensure PCD File # TWR221 is added to all documents to include LOI and site plan drawings. Thank you Edward B.
