PCD Engineering has no further comments relating to drainage or transportation. FYI: Any work within the county right-of-way requires a Work in Right-of-Way permit from the El Paso County Department of Public Works. Reviewed by: Carlos Hernandez Review Engineer carloshernandez@elpasoco.com |

Per LDC 5.4.3.C.2 El Paso County has no objections to placing this structure in the drainage easement. Utility easement holders shall be consulted for placement of structure within the 20-foot utility easement. If connection to utilities are required for this structure and a street cut will be needed for the connection, a Work in Right-of-Way Permit will be required from El Paso County Department of Public Works.
