1. The address to the new building will be 11950 Tourmaline Drive.
2. Based on this building not having over 9 suites, the secondary addressing needs for follow the guide on our website and /or the link provided here. https://www.pprbd.org/File/Resources/Downloads/Addressing/SECONDARY_ADDRESS_REQUEST_FORM.pdf
The suite numbers should start at 100 to the south and increase by 10 to the north, ending in 150. Provide these layout with suite numbers with the Core & Shell plan submitted to RBD.
3. Trash enclosure is under 7’ therefore an address and separate permit is not required.

This proposed project is located within the Woodmen Road Metropolitan District boundaries. The District assess’ platting and building permit fees for new development within the District Boundaries, the District also assess’ a mill levy on property within the District Boundaries.

The fees for this year are as follows:
