The site is zoned I-3 CAD-O (Industrial) consisting of 21.82 acres located southwest of Space Village Avenue and Marksheffel Road.

No comments. The adjacent Space Village Drive is being processed for annexation to the City of Colorado Springs (COS). By the time construction commence annexation is likely to be completed. At that time access to Space Village Drive for this property will be under the purview of COS.

No drainage report was submitted with this concept plan amendment. Drainage impacts to Unincorporated El Paso County properties adjacent to the property will be reviewed with subsequent development applications once available.
