Review 1 comments will be uploaded by the project manager. Review comments on the following documents: - Letter of Intent - Site Plan (Proposed Use) There is no Driveway Access Permit on file for main residential driveway. A Driveway Access Permit is required for all access points onto a county or private road within unincorporated El Paso County. Please apply for a driveway access permit through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. A verification code will be sent to the email provided. The verification code will be needed to access the application online. Note: - The fee for the main residential driveway access is waived due to the home being built prior to 1973. - The parcel does not meet standards for a secondary driveway access. Letter of intent is generally in conformance with the requirements of the checklist. I do recommended an expanded discussion with specific reference and citation of the Land Development Code. This will provide further clarity to decision authorities. | 11/10/2022 11:38:06 AM |
