9415 INDIAN VILLAGE HTS
Description
This will be 1 structure, 12' wide x 96' long x approx 10' tall used for horse shelter and to hold materials to feed, train and equip horses. There will be 1 tack room, 8x12. There will be 4 horse stalls, 12x12 each. The front will be open with a walk-thru gate. The rear of each stall will have a Dutch door leading to a 12x36' outside run. There will be 1 hay storage, 12x12. There will be 1 additional storage room 12x24 for tools, bulk feed and equipment used in the training, maintenance and upkeep of horses and related equipment. The support structure will be 4x4 posts (pressure treated) cemented into the ground, with 2x4 wall studs and floor joists. The roof will cover the entire structure and will be standing seam metal panels. There will be a 4' overhang on the front of the structure. The outside walls will be 1/2" tongue n groove severed weather barn plywood. The inside walls will be 1/2" plywood.
