1. Future development within the de-annexed properties will be subject to the El Paso County Road Impact Fee program. Go to the following website for additional information https://publicworks.elpasoco.com/road-impact-fees/

2. Portions of the de-annexed properties are located within either Carpenter Creek or Palmer Lake drainage basin. Palmer Lake drainage basin is included in the El Paso County Drainage Basin Fee program and are paid with subsequent subdivision platting. The basin boundary between the two drainage basins runs east-west along the ridge line described in the letter of intent with Carpenter Creek to the north and Palmer Lake to the south.
