Engineer & Stormwater Review Ver.3 Please correct the following documents. Please return documents for final signature approval. Note another review period will not be required. These documents will be processed for PCD approval once received. -FAE. Please provide a simple email stating that the ROW Public improvements, curb, gutter, sidewalk and sidewalk chases will be completed by the developer. The Section 2 ROW line items where not included on the FAE so a continuity document needs to be added to the project folder. -ESQCP: Please sign document and return. -GEC Checklist: Signature needed on the submitted GEC Checklist V3 on Page 8. 1. Current address for electrical service to Booster Pump Station connection is 11350 Fontaine Blvd. It is not clear where the pump house is located so that an address can be assigned. Please clarify. 2. Address 11350 Fontaine Blvd will have an official address change to 11208 Grayling Drive. This address change will occur next week.
