1. No drainage comments. The development is downstream of properties located within unincorporated El Paso County and therefore is not anticipated to impact County properties. Stormwater discharge from the development is completely within Town of Monument jurisdiction.
2. No transportation comments. No access connection to El Paso County owned/maintained road is proposed with this filing.
Reminder: An access permit will be necessary for the temporary access to Higby Road shown on the preliminary PD site plan. The temporary access at the east side of the development shall be located directly across from Grandwood Drive.
