1. The segments of Baptist Road between I-25 and Gleneagle Drive should be annexed by Monument as Town development in this area continues. El Paso County Staff suggests developing a cooperative path forward to provide for additional improvements that will be needed based upon cumulative development impacts in the area. County Staff requests a meeting to discuss the path forward for the Town of Monument to assume ownership and maintenance of portions of Baptist Road.
