1. No transportation comments. Access is via a City maintained road. There are no County maintained road in the immediate vicinity of the project; therefore, negligible impact to county roadways is anticipated.
2. No drainage comments. Developed flows outfalls into City maintained stormdrain system. No adverse impact to downstream properties or infrastructure located in unincorporated El Paso County is anticipated.
