All three map amendment applications contain a list of uses that are proposed to be excluded because they are determined to be incompatible with the placetype in the Your El Paso Master Plan. However, the argument is being made that the proposed zoning districts are compatible with the placetype. Are you able to provide proof of water and sewer services? It will be more difficult to justify CS zoning without identified service providers. Letter of intent identifies that it is intended to connect to central services; however, identification of which providers have services available would benefit the application.
