Revise the following sentence in each instance:
"HOMEOWNERS SHALL NOT CHANGE THE GRADE OF THE LOT OR DRAINAGE SWALES, WITHIN SAID EASEMENTS, AS CONSTRUCTED BY THE BUILDER IN A MANNER THAT WOULD CAUSE ADVERSE DRAINAGE IMPACTS TO PROPERTIES."

to read:
