The project description on the updated plan shows that you are adding equipment and not swapping equipment. If this is the case, then you will need to apply for a PPR. Please add the following to the site plan: -project description (what are you replacing/swapping?) -vicinity map with a north arrow -Property tax schedule number -Legal description -Lot size -Lot area coverage calculation -Current zoning of the property -Location and dimension of the all property lines and rights-of-way -The footprint of all existing buildings/structures and the setback distances from each existing and proposed structure to the property lines |
