View PCD Engineering Division Revise 1. See site plan and website redlines. All site access points and offsite parking areas need to be correct and clear to the attendees.

2. Update your website to show the correct information per redlines. You may want to add statements that pedestrians are not to use North Gate Blvd. and vehicles not parked in the designated areas may be subject to towing.

3. CDOT special event permit: verify with CDOT (see their comments) and CSP.

Please describe the activities to be held : beer gardens, music, etc...hours of operation, tear down, set up dates, and any other info that describes the event. 5/25/2021 2:58:27 PM
Site Plan- Please provide the parcel id, address, and property boundary linework of the parcel the festival is to be held on. Please label all public roads and entrances/exits on site plan. Please label the number of spaces estimated to be had in each parking area. Please label the drive isles direction and width. The plan on the festival website is different than what has ben submitted... I recommend you look at PPR170052 file prefix in EDARP for map drawing help. Sheet A1 of that approved plan set would be a great base to add to.....

PCD Engineering Division Revise 1. At least 75 of the proposed parking spaces are not feasible due to potential wetlands impacts or size of the WMMI parcel (the parking spots would be outside of the parcel). Some of the spaces do not match the available parking areas shown in the variance site plans (VA-20-004, currently under review). Staff estimates a maximum range of about 300-320 available parking spaces based on what's shown on these plans, without a surveyed site plan. The variance request states that capacity is approximately 270 spaces. Therefore, Engineering Staff requests a maximum vehicle count of 300 attendee vehicles onsite.

2. Where will the offsite parking be? Are agreements with those property owners in place? Is the offsite lot information available to attendees? Please provide a map of the offsite parking areas.

3. A CDOT special event permit will be required -- please verify that this has been obtained.

4. Will there be an extra-duty sheriff deputy onsite for the whole festival?

5. Staff request the Portalets and hand wash stations be moved to the south, outside of the drainageway.
