Comments provided by E. Nijkamp, 719-237-7206 1. To be sure of the extents of the fence, please provide a legend for the fence linework. It would also help if this linework was larger or darker for visibility on the plan. 2. A drainage memo will be required to confirm that the fence will not impede the flow of water in the area where the fence crosses/is within a drainage easement. 3. In order to fully evaluate the request, the sight distance lines (per ECM chapter 2) should be shown on this plan to assure that the sight visibility is not hampered by the proposed fence and enclosure locations. A deviation from the ECM for the sight visibility is not acceptable. 5. Please provide the ground location on the details to confirm the actual height of the fence that will be above ground. |
