PCD-Engineering has the following comments: Traffic/Transportation: 1. A traffic impact study and construction drawings identifying the improvements necessary to connect the extension of Mesa Ridge Parkway to Marksheffel Road will be required at the appropriate stage of approvals. 2. Unless an agreement between the City and County is in place prior to construction, work-in-the-right-of-way permits are required for any construction in the County right-of-way of Marksheffel Road. 3. Please address how the project proposes to provide a fair and equitable contribution to long-term Marksheffel Road improvements driven by the overall ADT. Drainage: 1.
