The comments included are minimal and will not require a full re-review by outside agencies. Once the items have been revised and resubmitted you may schedule the recording meeting with Nina. At the recording meeting you should provide: -zero tax certificate -enumerations approval of the plat (currently an email due to Covid) -title commitment dated within 30 days of recording the plat. -the lean holder should either sign the plat or a ratification statement should be provided. -Mylar with all signatures other than EPC signatures |
