1/6/2021 - Approved Conex storage containers (2 each for storage use only) and detached accessory structure (2,400 SF; 40x60) for personal shop use only. 12/9/20 - Disapproved; garage-connex is unpermitted and needs to be permitted with El Paso County Planning & Community Development Services prior to approving site review for proposed 2,400 SF detached accessory structure for personal shop use.
