Please provide more information for how the proposed well sites satisfy the exemptions requirements as outlined in Section 3.104 of the 1041 Regulations. Specifically, it appears that the proposed well sites will divert more than 500 acre-feet per year based on the supply information provided. However, the letter also states that the overall diversion from the proposed wells has been accounted for in the development. Will the new wells alter the existing allocation from other previously approved wells?
