1. No traffic comments. The proposal to create one additional residential lot will have a negligible impact to unincorporated county roadway system in the vicinity of the project.
2. No drainage comments. The site generally drains to the northwest draining and downstream properties in the immediate vicinity is within the City of Fountain jurisdiction. Additional runoff generated by the additional residential lot (2.5 ac) is expected to have a negligible impact to downstream unincorporated county properties.
