No access permit on file for the property. The residence was built before 1972, therefore no charge for the permit. We still require that one is applied for to memorialize the site and can be found at https://epcdevplanreview.com/ under the "Initiate a minor access permit" link.

This residence is in the Cimarron Hills Fire District. We will provide fire and emergency response to this address. All further reviews and inspections will be provided by the CHFD. Please ensure to reference the 2015 Residential code, specifically R310.1 reference sleeping rooms that are required to have an escape window of certain dimensions. Also, please have working smoke and CO detectors located outside each sleeping room.
