No drainage comments. The project is located downstream of unincorporated El Paso County. Drainage report noted no changes are proposed that would alter flows entering the site from the north (El Paso County, Basin OS1).
No traffic comments. All proposed access is within City of Fountain maintained roadways. Regional access (I-25, HWY85, HWY16) in the vicinity of the project are CDOT owned/maintained roadways.
