Comments provided by Elizabeth Nijkamp, 719-520-7852 An access permit will be required for this site. An access permit may be applied for in the EDARP system. If the existing access is not as shown on sheet A1 of the site plan provided, a new easement should be obtained. During the access permit request process it is required to show the width of the proposed access, because this access is existing, I would request that you show/mark property corner so that the County inspector can see which lot you are accessing through off of Hahn Road. |
